I love this quote.

I, 100%, understand change is hard and scary. It has taken me YEARS to get to this point. I fall off with a few things and then my body reminds me in a very harsh way why I need to stay on track. I usually get a migraine that knocks me our for the entire day. I feel swollen, lethargic, angry and irritable. Doesn’t sound pleasant, does it? This is the very painful reminder I need to keep moving forward.

All it takes is one small change. Your mindset is a good place to start and that requires almost no effort. Most people can't wait to get out of 2020, but consider this your opportunity to take advantage of the slower pace to think through your process.

That’s a very normal feeling. It’s ok to feel lost and confused. Implementing one new habit, let alone several new habits can be overwhelming. This is where I can help! Don’t be afraid, there will be some bumps along the way but that’s all part of the healing process.
