If you’re here, you must be ready to learn more or start making changes. Whatever your reason is, I’m glad you made it this far.

I’m excited to host the first Wellness Day!

You will learn how to establish a solid foundation for health, reduce your toxic load, learn to read labels and incorporate stretching and yoga for whole body wellness. At the conclusion of the event you will have access to Free downloads to help support you on your health journey.
