The Eat Well Be Well package consists of an introduction to meditation, a 5 min meditation practice, education/conversation on food choices, mindful eating exercises, label reading, Q & A add on 1:1 personalized session with employee(s) complimentary use of diffuser and essential oils- starting at $600

The Zen-Day package consists of an introduction to meditation; a 10 min meditation practice using grounding mats (provided by Bloom); education on grounding; the use of the itovi scanner (hand held) to determine personalized essential oil per employee; a hand massage designed to promote homeostasis and relaxation, reduce stress and support overall well-being using the personalized essential oil; education on the use of essential oils. *dōTERRA essential oils are used *diffuser not recommended given the oil use during hand massage- starting at $900

Detox the Day Away package consists of an introduction to meditation, a 5 min mediation and light stretching; education on the ionic foot detox; each staff member will have the opportunity to use the ionic foot detox. Based on the number of employees would determine the amount of time per detox. 15-20 minutes is recommended due to time constraints. Each staff member would have 1:1 time with Candice for personalized coaching. *cost will vary based on number of employees - starting at $1200
