I love nothing more than Wellness Days. The moment someone decides to take their health seriously you can see the motivation in their eyes. I love incorporating doTERRA’s Lifelong Vitality pack to anyone’s daily routine. The quality and amount of nutrients provided in these daily supplements is hard to come by. Adding in the doTERRA digestive enzyme (Terrazyme) and probiotic (PB Assist) will help aid in digestion, gut repair and allows us to absorb all the nutrients from our foods.
