Nutrient Dense Vitamins

It's important to take nutrient dense vitamins on a daily basis. I've mentioned how much I love doTERRA's LLV.

While doTERRA makes a children's vitamin, with 3 mouths, I like the large Mary Ruth's Multivitamin bottle. I add a bit of citrus, doTERRA Tangerine oil, to keep the gut health in check.
